Healthcare B2B IT Writer Objective To support Client's North American marketing team with high-quality, brand-aligned content tailored to healthcare IT audiences, enabling greater demand generation, campaign success, and event impact without adding full-time headcount. Profile Overview Client is seeking a seasoned B2B writer with strong experience in healthcare IT, ideally with familiarity in the imaging/diagnostics space. The writer must be able to seamlessly mirror Clientβs updated tone and voice, follow clinician-first messaging, and create marketing content geared toward sophisticated health system buyers and decision-makers, including radiologists, cardiologists, CIOs, and CMOs. Scope Commitment: 12 hours per week Engagement Type: 6 month commitment to start, but could extend Start Date: Beginning of March Responsibilities Create B2B email copy for demand generation and ABM campaigns targeting three core personas: radiologists, cardiologists, and IT professionals Write microsite and landing page content for major trade shows and events Develop promotional emails and event announcements driving traffic to microsites Draft light marketing collateral (e.g., brochures, case study) Repurpose existing white papers into bite-sized sales enablement and social content Ensure tone alignment with Client's refreshed brand and clinician-first positioning Collaborate and communicate clearly with a lean, high-performing internal team Skills and Qualifications Proven experience writing for B2B healthcare or healthcare IT audiences (not patient-facing) Familiarity with enterprise imaging, diagnostic workflows, or radiology/cardiology systems a strong plus Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong grasp of demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM) content styles Comfortable with fast-paced content production cycles and team integration Exceptional command of brand tone, voice, and strategic messaging About Client Client is a global leader in healthcare IT, specializing in enterprise imaging solutions that support radiologists, cardiologists, and other clinicians with efficient, vendor-neutral platforms.
