This role is a commission-based sales position focused on conducting structured virtual consultations, presenting company-approved insurance programs, and guiding individuals through enrollment. Sales Associates operate in a remote environment, follow established company sales procedures, and work toward defined performance benchmarks. Full training and ongoing mentorship are provided to support success in a performance-driven sales environment. Core Responsibilities As a Remote Sales Associate, you will: Conduct scheduled virtual sales consultations via Zoom and phone Present company-approved products clearly and professionally Educate individuals on available coverage options Assist clients through the enrollment process Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential digital records Follow company compliance guidelines and ethical sales standards Collaborate with a remote sales team Work toward individual and team sales performance goals This role does not involve door-to-door sales or cold calling. Candidate Profile Qualified candidates will: Be 18 years of age or older Be authorized to work in the United States Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills Be comfortable using Zoom, email, and basic computer systems Show professionalism, reliability, and coachability Possess a goal-oriented and self-motivated mindset No prior sales or industry experience is required. Individuals from customer service, retail, hospitality, or entry-level backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
