π About the Role Valorx is looking for a highly organized and proactive Workflow Specialist to ensure Wave customers successfully go live with Valorx Grids and Matrices. This role owns the customer journey from initial configuration through collaborative reviews and solution walkthroughs, deployment, and successful go-live. You will work closely with customers and will be supported by Product specialistsβ teams to ensure smooth execution and effective use of Wave features. This is a fast-paced, multi-customer environment requiring structure, follow-through, and confidence. π Please upload your resume in English when applying. π― Key Responsibilities 1οΈ. Drive Customer Implementations Onboarding and setup customers with Valorx Wave. Serve as the trusted Wave expert for the customer β providing clarity, confidence, and proactive guidance so they feel fully supported at every stage of implementation. Coordinate UAT, milestones, and environment transitions to ensure smooth and timely go-live. 2οΈ. Structured Multi-Customer Management Manage multiple Wave implementations simultaneously Maintain clear status tracking and next steps Identify risks or blockers early Proactively follow up to maintain momentum 3οΈ. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Product and Support teams Stay up to date on new Wave features and enhancements Help customers apply new capabilities to solve business workflows Escalate structured feedback and recurring issues internally 4οΈ. Customer Champion Schedule and lead customer touchpoints Drive decisions and action items after every meeting Ensure customers feel supported and confident throughout implementation Become a trusted point of contact during onboarding π§ Required Skills & Qualifications Must Have Strong verbal and written communication skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable leading customer calls Proactive, confident follow-up mindset Ability to manage multiple parallel projects Strong time management skills Preferred Basic knowledge of SaaS setup and administration (Salesforce will be a plus) Experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or customer success Experience working with North American customers CRM familiarity (Salesforce preferred) We are open to training the right candidate on Wave and deeper Salesforce concepts.
