THE ROLE

As Head of Growth, you will own and lead Hone’s global revenue marketing strategy, partnering closely with Sales to drive pipeline creation, revenue expansion, and long-term growth.
This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role responsible for designing and executing inbound and outbound demand generation initiatives, building scalable growth systems, and leveraging AI and data to optimize performance.
We’re looking for a creative, analytical, and tech-forward leader who thrives in high-growth environments, embraces experimentation, and leads by example.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Own and execute the global revenue marketing strategy, aligning closely with Sales to achieve pipeline and revenue targets.

- Design and lead pipeline development programs and account-based marketing campaigns across web, email, paid media, webinars, events, and other growth channels.

- Drive continuous experimentation across AI tools, channel mix, messaging, and growth levers to improve acquisition and expansion performance.

- Forecast and report on pipeline creation, progression, and revenue contribution with accuracy and accountability.

- Measure and optimize demand generation performance, opportunity conversion rates, and sales cycle efficiency.

- Manage and allocate demand generation budgets effectively, ensuring strong ROI across channels.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Content, Sales, Design, and Web teams to ensure campaign excellence and brand differentiation.

- Build deep audience expertise, particularly within HR and L&D buyer segments.

- Lead, mentor, and manage internal team members and external partners to deliver high-impact results.

- Champion innovation, AI adoption, and creative growth strategies across the organization.

REQUIREMENTS

- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS

- Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue growth

- Strong leadership experience in cross-functional and revenue-aligned environments

- Deep expertise in demand generation, marketing automation, email marketing, digital channels, and account-based marketing

- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, and modern growth tech stacks

- Highly analytical and data-driven, with strong forecasting and reporting capabilities

- Startup mindset β€” adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable with ambiguity

- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills

- Passion for innovation, AI-driven growth, and building scalable systems
