THE ROLE

The Senior Creative Project Manager leads large, multi-layered client programs with multiple SOWs, workstreams, and deliverables. This is not a traditional PM role - it requires navigating high complexity, creator-driven workflows, and fast-moving priorities.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Manage multiple SOWs within large client accounts.

- Ensure all projects are delivered on time and on budget.

- Coordinate across Paid Media, Creative, Strategy, and Project Management teams.

- Serve as the main point of contact for complex accounts.

- Source and manage external partners when needed.

- Track budgets, risks, and overall program performance.

- Support and guide Project Managers as needed.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- 5+ years in Program, Project, or Account Management within creative, marketing, agency, or content-production environments.

- Proven success managing multi-SOW or multi-stream client programs (not just individual projects).

- Experience working in creator-driven or non-linear production settings is a strong plus.

- Experience with UGC/Influencer marketing is a strong plus.

- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building structure where needed.

- Strategic thinker with an operational mindset and high attention to detail

- Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com http://Monday.com, ClickUp, Smartsheet, etc.)
