Product Manager

This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.

ROLE INTENT

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead AI-first products in production.

This role owns digital products end-to-end, with a strong focus on AI agents and LLM-based systems.

You will work closely with engineering, data, and AI teams to design, ship, and iterate products powered by large language models.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager leading digital products end-to-end

- 2+ years managing AI-first products in production environments

- Proven track record shipping real products (beyond prototypes or POCs)

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVE)

- Strong experience designing and managing AI agents (multi-step, tool-using agents)

- Hands-on experience with Claude (advanced prompting, system prompts, context management)

- Solid understanding of LLM fundamentals: tokens, context windows, latency, cost trade-offs

- Experience integrating AI/LLMs with APIs, internal tools, and existing systems

- Ability to translate technical constraints into clear product decisions and roadmaps

PRODUCT CAPABILITIES

- Ownership mindset across discovery, delivery, iteration, and optimization

- Strong prioritization and decision-making under uncertainty

- Experience working closely with engineering, data, and AI teams

- Data-driven approach to product validation and iteration

NICE TO HAVE

- Experience with other LLMs (OpenAI, Gemini, open-source models)

- Background in agent orchestration, automation platforms, or workflow tools

- Familiarity with AI product risks (hallucinations, reliability, evaluation)
