Required Skills: A solid understanding of monitoring Server Operating Systems(Windows Server, RHEL) A solid understanding of WAN Concepts and Data Circuits (T1’s, MPLS, VPN and Enterprise VPN, Ethernet, Fiber, etc…) A solid understanding of network devices and their function (Routers, Switches, Access Points, Firewalls) Install, Upgrade, and Maintain Microsoft Windows Server 2019/2022 and Linux servers on VM platforms. Install, Upgrade, Maintain, and provide training/documentation for a suite of Monitoring Tools including but not limited to: Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) Broadcom DX NetOps Spectrum Broadcom DX NetOps Network Flow Analysis Broadcom DX NetOps Performance Manager Dynatrace Nexthink Familiarity with Cisco IOS, Networking Config Files, Concepts and Hardware MS PowerShell SNMP v3 Traps and Polling SQL and MySQL
