This opportunity is designed for individuals who are performance-driven and interested in building a long-term career in professional sales and leadership. The role focuses on conducting virtual consultations, presenting approved insurance solutions, and guiding clients through the enrollment process. Comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship are provided. Compensation & Earnings Weekly commission-based compensation Uncapped performance bonuses Average first-year earnings approximately $80,000 (performance-based; individual results may vary) Advancement opportunities with leadership override compensation Compensation is directly tied to productivity and performance. There is no income cap. Training & Professional Development The organization provides structured support, including: Virtual onboarding program Product and compliance training Sales process and presentation guidance Ongoing mentorship from experienced leaders Performance coaching and development sessions No prior sales experience is required. Key Responsibilities Conduct scheduled virtual consultations via Zoom Present company-approved products and coverage options Assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions Maintain accurate client records and follow-up schedules Achieve weekly performance targets Collaborate with team leadership to improve results This is a remote position. No cold calling, door-to-door sales, or in-person fieldwork is required.
