About the Role We are seeking a Digital Automation Specialist to join our team and take ownership of end-to-end digital marketing execution, with a primary focus on email and journey automation. This role is hands-on and delivery-oriented, ideal for someone who is comfortable working independently in a smaller, fast-moving healthcare organization. You will be responsible not only for building and launching campaigns, but also for helping shape how automation is executed, optimized, and scaled over time. You will work closely with internal partners and external stakeholders to translate business and campaign objectives into effective, compliant digital experiences that support member and patient engagement. What You'll Do Campaign Execution & Ownership Independently build, test, deploy, and maintain email campaigns using marketing automation platforms, with primary responsibility for Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Manage all aspects of campaign execution, including content flow, personalization, formatting, QA, approvals, and deployment. Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities throughout the campaign lifecycle. Journey & Workflow Automation Manage and optimize automated journeys and workflows that support complex, customer-specific engagement. Manage campaigns from intake through completion, ensuring timelines, requirements, and business objectives are met.
