Lead Protection Field Service Engineer

Job Description Summary All resources, and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' site/property. These activities contribute to, maintain, repair and refurbish sold or existing products. Includes all types of maintenance service (preventive and remedial), manage maintenance facilities and field services engineering. Impacts departmental operations and responsible for planning/execution. The role has some autonomy but is focused on execution of activities within an operating discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures. Some judgment may be required but this is typically with guidance. Job Description What you'll do: Responsible for the Testing & Commissioning of Protection IED’s, AVR, Tariff meter inclusive of Busbar Protection associated projects. Responsible for the resource planning of Field Service commissioning team for active projects. Manage the workload of the projects to ensure 90% and above billable ratio. Collaborate with other members of a multidisciplinary team for daily work deliverables. Understanding the project technical requirement Customer Standards and specification and proposing the solution to customer as per the project scope. Support Operations team to execute projects efficiently in terms of budgeted profitability, planning, and general reporting (internal / external). Ensure that agreements with customer for documentation lead times, delivery, reliability and quality are achieved within the budgetary constraints agreed. Demonstrate EHS compliance and ensure Zero Deviation Plan is implemented within the team and setting the example by demonstrating the proper acts and actively observes work conditions and behaviors, giving constructive feedback and celebrating EHS effective prevention.
