Position Summary: This position will provide strategic leadership and oversee the digital engineering function by managing a team of engineers, defining technical strategies and roadmaps, ensuring successful project delivery, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. Coordinates with stakeholders, allocates resources, drives technical excellence, and creates alignment between business goals and technical solutions to ensure continuous improvement of digital engineering capabilities within the organization.
