The Role Strategy & Product Ownership Serve as the global product owner for Print and AV services, defining long-term strategy, vision, and roadmap in alignment with business goals. Drive global standardization of print and AV platforms, focusing on security, cost efficiency, and sustainability. Lead modernization efforts, including cloud print infrastructure, zero-trust security alignment, and digital collaboration solutions. Ensure seamless integration with workplace experience initiatives, device services, and identity platforms. Translate user feedback, business priorities, and operational insights into actionable product enhancements. Operational & Technical Leadership Oversee end-to-end service delivery for print and AV environments, including installation, maintenance, monitoring, and support. Manage vendor relationships for MPS (Managed Print Services) and AV providers; ensure SLA compliance and continuous service improvement. Partner with EUC Engineering, Cybersecurity, Facilities, and Procurement teams to align technology architecture and operational models. Oversee capacity planning, cost allocation, and lifecycle management for hardware, firmware, and licenses. Drive automation and self-service capabilities across the Print and AV ecosystems.
