Your Mission As a Field Service Engineer (FSE) based in Italy (home office), you will report directly to the Field Service Manager located in Massy, France. You will join a team of service engineers dedicated to the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of our systems at customer sites across Italy, Europe, and internationally. As a Field Service Engineer, you are the technical guarantor of the proper installation, commissioning, and performance of our systems at customer facilities. You will work on critical equipment (converters, medium-voltage drives, control systems, MMCs) while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and performance standards.
