Technical Architect

Key Responsibilities: Work as a Technical/Solution Architect on Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects, delivering end-to-end solutions that meet client requirements. Lead discovery sessions and design workshops to capture client needs and translate them into technical designs. Implement solutions across Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Marketing Cloud Advanced, Marketing Cloud Personalization/Salesforce Personalization, Data Cloud, Loyalty Management and Intelligence Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with external systems and platforms using APIs, custom scripts (e.g., AMPscript, SSJS), and tools like MuleSoft or custom ETL solutions ( Optional for Solution Architect ) Stakeholder Management : Ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating business needs into technical solutions. Governance and Best Practices – Establish best practices, guidelines, and compliance requirements for implementation. Client Engagement: Partner with stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality technical solutions aligned with client expectations. Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences. Build trusted relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for further engagement. Technical Expertise: Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including implementation, configuration, and custom development. Strong knowledge of Marketing Cloud tools such as Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Data Cloud and/or Personalization Ability to perform technical debt assessments and optimize high-volume SQL queries and SSJS scripts to ensure platform stability and prevent 'Governor Limit' breaches. Experience with scripting languages (AMPscript, SSJS) and integrating Marketing Cloud with other systems via APIs.
