In this role, you will take ownership of L2 incidents, ensure the stability of our business applications, contribute to our cloud engineering efforts, and help our team grow in both skills and confidence. Key Responsibilities Support and operate public cloud infrastructure, primarily on AWS. Design, manage, and maintain cloud infrastructure components including compute, network, storage, databases, and security. Manage and support middleware components such as NGINX, Kubernetes (K8s) ingress proxy, web servers, and load balancers. Configure, monitor, and analyze cloud monitoring tools and system metrics to ensure platform stability and performance. Manage and support backup and restore processes within the cloud environment.
