Position Summary The Senior Analyst, Retail Pharmacy Layout and Design is responsible for developing and managing pharmacy layout designs that support initiatives and projects impacting the appearance, functionality, and operations of our retail pharmacies. Under the direction of the Manager of Retail Pharmacy Layout, this role evaluates operational needs, building standards, state Board of Pharmacy requirements, municipal codes, and current pharmacy design standards to deliver compliant, effective layout solutions. The position translates operational requirements into data-driven insights and recommendations that improve workflow efficiency, optimize space utilization, and increase pharmacy capacity. The Senior Analyst also develops and maintains layout health metrics and partners cross-functionally to standardize and scale solutions across the retail fleet, while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to conduct analyses, develop recommendations, and communicate findings. Manage multiple projects concurrently to meet timelines and support cross-functional partners. Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with internal teams, field leadership, and external vendors.
