Position Summary: The Executive Director, Asset Protection Strategy & Operations provides enterprise-wide leadership for asset protection strategy, analytics, and operational execution across CVS Health. This role is accountable for designing and delivering comprehensive programs that mitigate shrink, theft, fraud, and loss across retail locations, distribution centers, and corporate facilities, while driving measurable financial and operational outcomes. Reporting to the Vice President, Asset Protection, this leader partners closely with senior executives and cross-functional teams to influence strategy, embed asset protection as a core business capability, and enable sustainable, data-driven decision-making at scale. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership & Execution Lead a team of 4–5 direct reports and an extended organization of 30+ colleagues across analytics, finance, technology, systems support, and operations. Design, implement, and own end-to-end asset protection strategies and enterprise programs, ensuring disciplined execution, governance, and accountability for results. Analyze shrink, theft, and fraud trends at both granular and enterprise levels to identify risks, root causes, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
