The Opportunity

As an AI Cohort Coach  you will be responsible for guiding the learning experience for apprentices  and helping them reach their full potential. Your role will be focusing on personalised coaching, where you'll be supporting apprentices across multiple businesses to become the next generation of business leaders.

Specifically, You Will

- Guide apprentices to successful, timely completion of their programme.

- Master group and individualised coaching techniques to enhance apprentice learning.

- Adhere  to coach quality frameworks to ensure a consistent level of quality for every coaching session and a consistent experience for every apprentice.

- Create a vibrant, inclusive and motivating environment that drives apprentice learning, engagement and overall satisfaction.

- Maintain an owner’s mentality, whether while working with assigned apprentices or in support of other coaches, be proactive in taking action, sharing feedback, or providing support to ensure the progress and success...
