About the Role : CrowdStrike is currently looking for a Regional Sales Director, Saudi Arabia to help us build, grow and sustain Success in this position will require someone who possesses excellent energy and drive and a real desire to build business across the region. A problem-solving attitude with an ability to motivate the team to achieve specific goals are essential skills to perform well in this position. This position is open to candidates that are located remotely in Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates. What You’ll Do: Provide management oversight to Regional Sales Managers within the Region to drive all pertinent issues related to sales strategy and goal attainment. Participate in strategic planning sessions with the sales management team on a quarterly and annual basis. Communicate corporate strategy to employees within your Region. Plan and direct activities including planning and implementing forecasts, relationship development and customer satisfaction.
