Business Operations Manager

This person will bring structure to fast-moving priorities, enable collaboration across teams, and ensure the organization executes with clarity. What You’ll Do Own cross-functional initiatives by leading coordination and accountability across operations, supply chain, culinary, and CX. Build and refine operational systems that make our kitchens more reliable, efficient, and well-supported. Be the eyes, ears, and voice that ensures top performance across our national kitchen footprint. Drive adoption for new processes and tools through documentation, clear communication, and consistent follow-up. Contribute to team operations, onboarding, culture moments, and logistics.
