The Role Computer Operators at Kyndryl are key in helping revolutionize the way we operate complex computer systems. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, supervise and control intricate networks and applications, and operate distributed systems in a multi-vendor environment. As a Computer Operator you will be on the technical frontline – performing batch operations as per service agreements, analyzing first-level issues across systems, and resolving/routing issues as appropriate. You will also have the opportunity to develop support system management processes specific to customer requirements, ensuring that we provide the highest level of service to our customers. Operational Oversight and Reporting : The team lead is responsible for writing turnover reports, documenting PBIs, creating and maintaining procedure documentation, and overseeing the accuracy of ITSM tickets and turnover reports. Customer and Team Interaction : This role involves direct interface with customers, discussing major events, and providing technical direction and guidance to the operations team while ensuring timely and accurate performance of duties by the batch/console monitoring staff.
