About the Role
Dandy is hiring an founder-mindset Revenue Operations Director to join our rapidly growing venture-backed company. The Revenue Operations team owns the architecture, systems, and performance engine that power Dandy’s go-to-market motion. In this role, you’ll lead Revenue Strategy & Operations for new and emerging markets — designing and building the revenue engine from zero to one and serving as the primary strategic partner to the GM as we expand.
This is not a maintenance RevOps role; it’s a market-building opportunity at the center of how Dandy scales. If you’re excited by high ownership, ambiguous problems, and the chance to architect revenue systems that define how new markets win, this role offers outsized impact and visibility.
What You'll Do
- Architect the Market (0 → 1 Design)
- Define the TAM strategy, segmentation model, ICP precision, and routing architecture for new markets.
- Design the end-to-end revenue funnel and performance benchmarks from first touch through revenue realization.
- Build the initial operating model in partnership with the GM.
- Build the Revenue Engine (1 → Scale)
- Stand up reporting, forecasting, and productivity dashboards that drive real-time decision making.
