Licensed Therapist

Welcome to Brightline! We are searching for Full-Time or Part-Time, Licensed Child and Behavioral Therapists to deliver virtual care to our members based in Washington!

This role's schedule could be Full-Time 35 hours or Part-Time 20 hours per week. We are looking for availability to cover our core operating hours which are:

- Monday- Friday 12pm- 8pm PST

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

- Providing comprehensive care to kids up to age 18, including ongoing therapy, care plan development, utilization of evidence-based interventions in individual and group formats, and measurement-based care best practices

- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, engaging in peer consultation, and engaging in continuous professional development

REQUIREMENTS:

- Washington unrestricted LICSW, LMHC, LMFT licensure(s) with a minimum of 3,000 hours of supervision completed

- Clinical Modalities: Demonstrated proficiency and direct experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

- Highly Preferred: Specialized experience or certification in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Parent Management Training (PMT)

- Completion of one of the following National Examinations (NCE, NCMHCE, AMFTRB, ASWB)

- Extensive experience treating common concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral issues, trauma, and other similar presentations

- Strong knowledge of current clinical research and a commitment to staying updated on the latest empirical advancements

- A clear understanding and deep commitment to ethical standards of care

- Experience providing care virtually

- Highly preferred: a background in, or a passion for, providing high-quality care to pediatric populations
