About the Role: The Exercise Specialist supports CrowdStrike’s Business Resilience (BR) department within the Resilience Organization. This role is focused on the design, coordination, facilitation, and evaluation of traditional business continuity and crisis response exercises. The Exercise Specialist partners closely with business, crisis, and product teams to validate preparedness, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement. What You’ll Do: Primary Responsibilities: Plan, design, and deliver business continuity and crisis response exercises in consultation with the Business Resilience management team. Independently manage and execute a defined subset of assigned exercises, owning the end-to-end lifecycle from planning through facilitation, evaluation, and corrective action tracking. Design and facilitate exercises to validate plans, procedures, decision-making, and escalation processes. Develop realistic, risk-aligned exercise scenarios appropriate to organizational maturity and resilience objectives.
