What impact you’ll make As a Site Manager - Hydropower Plant of the Project Execution team, you will be an active contributor to the successful delivery of the CHIRA SORIA hydropower project, ensuring on-time execution, cost control, and the highest standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Job Description What you’ll do Lead site mobilization and establish infrastructure, resources, and logistics for project execution Plan and coordinate all site activities to ensure efficient and timely operations Cooperate with partner and manage subcontractors to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements Drive project execution to meet schedule milestones and budget targets Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental standards across all site activities Establish and oversee quality assurance and quality control processes on site Monitor site progress and report on performance, risks, and key project indicators Lead and develop site teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, local authorities, and key stakeholders What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications) Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field Strong technical expertise in hydropower and power plant construction, with solid understanding of construction processes and project execution Experience in large-scale industrial or energy projects Ability to review and manage contractual and commercial aspects with partners and subcontractors Strong leadership and team management skills, including required experience and trai...
