SAP PDTA / SD Functional Analyst – AMS Application Support

The Role The SAP Functional Analyst joins the Application Management Services (AMS) team with the objective of ensuring operational continuity, functional stability, and the correct execution of business processes related to the SAP PDTA and SAP SD modules. The role focuses on specialized support for incidents, requests, and functional activities that guarantee efficient operations and compliance with corporate IT and business guidelines. 1. Incident and Request Management within the AMS Environment · Analyze and resolve functional incidents related to SAP PDTA, including data capture, transfer, validation, and operational data processing activities. · Address requests and resolve issues in SAP SD, ensuring the correct execution of sales processes, orders, deliveries, billing, and pricing determination. · Verify the proper flow of information between SAP and external systems, identifying deviations and coordinating the necessary corrective actions. · Manage tickets following the defined priority, impact, and response-time standards of the service model. 2.
