Position Summary We are seeking a driven finance leader to join the Employer CVF team and play a key role in shaping how we partner with Sales. This role is designed for someone who thinks strategically and is energized by influencing business outcomes through insight and collaboration. As a Senior Manager, you will bring clarity to portfolio performance, elevate client surveillance, and enable Sales leaders to run their business with confidence. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a trusted financial partner to Sales leadership, providing portfolio-level insights and strategic guidance Lead client surveillance efforts across the portfolio to proactively identify risks, opportunities and performance trends Translate complex financial data into clear insights, recommendations, and executive-ready materials Track and drive follow-through on key risks, opportunities and mitigation actions Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, tools, and analytics to better support Sales decision making Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, commercial finance, or related financial analysis roles Preferred Qualifications Financial planning and analysis experience (budgeting, forecasting, reporting, etc.) Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with a high attention to detail Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into executive-ready insights Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-pace...
