About the Role

Dandy is hiring a founder-mindset Revenue Operations Manager to join our rapidly growing venture-backed company. The Revenue Operations team owns the processes and performance engine that power Dandy’s go-to-market motion.

In this role, you will own the operational infrastructure behind Dandy’s Total Addressable Market (TAM) and portfolio management. This includes designing and maintaining the systems, processes, and assignment logic that determine how TAM is structured, enriched, distributed, and maintained across sales teams.

You will be responsible for ensuring that every pursuit in our addressable market is high-quality, properly assigned, and operationally scalable across segments and geographies.

This role sits at the intersection of Revenue Operations, data architecture, and GTM systems design, requiring someone who can translate complex datasets into operational processes that drive market coverage and sales productivity.
