Job Description

As Director of Paid Search, you will lead strategic SEM initiatives across enterprise-level clients, translating business objectives into scalable, performance-driven search programs. This role combines deep channel expertise with team leadership, process improvement, and client relationship management. You will drive innovation in paid search strategy, champion operational excellence, and mentor a high-performing teamβ€”all while delivering measurable results and business growth.
