About the Role:

We’re looking for a Senior Web Designer to help bring strategy to life through clean, user-centered web designs. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to turn briefs into high-quality designs that align with our design system and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Design Leadership:

- Lead the end-to-end design process for complex web projects, from initial concept through to final implementation.

- Develop and drive design strategies that align with business goals and enhance user experience.

High-Fidelity Design:

- Translate strategic briefs into high-fidelity designs within Figma that strictly adhere to our design system and industry best practices.

- Create detailed wireframes and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts.

- Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for various devices and platforms.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project requirements.

- Facilitate design discussions and present design solutions to stakeholders, effectively communicating the rationale behind design choices.

Design System and Consistency:

- Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across digital products.
