The Role As Complex Program manager for Public Sector you will manage all aspects of a program characterized with high levels of complexity, uncertainty, and ambiguity to deliver the desired outcome to all stakeholders. In this role, you will understand the interdependencies, interactions, and dynamics of the projects and stakeholders within the program and the external environment, including contractual commitments and regulatory requirements. You will manage risk and uncertainty by identifying, assessing, and mitigating factors affecting the program's performance and outcomes. You will define and drive program governance to monitor and evaluate program performance and adapt the program as needed to properly account for changes in requirements or the program environment. You will manage the expectations and needs of varying levels of stakeholder personas through an effective communication strategy. As a consultant at heart, you have a track record in end-to-end consult to delivery, with a demonstrable history of engaging with clients, helping to define the vision and then translating that vision into tangible and manageable steps .
