Our client is seeking a dedicated email marketing professional to lead Klaviyo-based automation, segmentation, and campaign performance efforts within a growing digital environment. This role supports broader marketing objectives by building data-driven email strategies that improve engagement, personalization, and conversion while ensuring strong deliverability and operational efficiency.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The E-mail Marketer will manage email automation, segmentation, and campaign performance using Klaviyo, with a strong focus on building effective workflows, optimizing deliverability, and improving engagement and conversion outcomes. This role requires ownership of end-to-end email execution, from segmentation and reporting to template production and performance analysis.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

EMAIL MARKETING & AUTOMATION

- Develop and manage Klaviyo workflows and automations, including welcome series, abandoned cart sequences, product recommendations, and re-engagement campaigns.

- Segment email audiences based on customer behavior and data insights to improve targeting and personalization.

- Manage and optimize email campaigns to align with business objectives and support conversion goals.

PERFORMANCE TRACKING & REPORTING

- Analyze campaign performance using key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.

- Deliver executive-level reporting with clear recommendations based on performance insights.

- Monitor deliverability and optimize campaigns to improve inbox placement.

CRM & DATA MANAGEMENT

- Maintain customer lists within Klaviyo, ensuring data remains clean, current, and effectively segmented.
