Fully Remote | Work from Home | 9 AM – 5 PM EST

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Graphic Designer will support the marketing team by producing high-quality visual assets that strengthen brand presence across digital channels. This role focuses on creating compelling design work for social media, digital advertising, branding materials, and marketing collateral while ensuring visual consistency and alignment with campaign goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

VISUAL ASSET CREATION

- Design graphics for social media platforms, primarily Meta and LinkedIn, aligned with campaign objectives and brand identity.

- Create banners, logos, ad creatives, and additional digital marketing assets.

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION

- Partner with marketing and content teams to understand project goals, timelines, and deliverables.

- Incorporate feedback efficiently to refine and improve visual outputs.

DESIGN OPTIMIZATION

- Continuously improve visual content using performance insights, platform best practices, and engagement trends.

- Adapt creative assets to maximize effectiveness across digital channels.

BRAND CONSISTENCY

- Ensure all design work follows established brand guidelines.

- Maintain consistent visual identity across campaigns and platforms.

TOOL UTILIZATION

- Use Canva, Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop to create polished visual assets.
