*Note: This position requires presence in our San Francisco office location 4 days per week; Lambda’s designated work from home day is currently Tuesday.

As Account Director, you will be a trusted advisor to Lambda’s Superintelligence customers; you will be the primary Lambda point of contact for the customer’s executives, champions, and power users alike; and you will champion their needs inside Lambda. You will be measured based on customer uptime, sentiment, and retention; and you will balance your own direct contributions with project management of Lambda internal teams to deliver structure, accountability, and results. You will educate customers on the latest industry trends and best practices, ultimately helping customers’ infrastructure teams deliver for their customers while maximizing tokens per dollar per watt. You will understand the customer’s business goals, create demand plans, and help turn their AI strategy into flawless execution.

Key Responsibilities

- For your assigned book of business, define and lead the overall account strategy for Lambda’s AI infrastructure platform, ensuring customers derive maximum value and achieve agreed upon measurable outcomes.

- Serve as a trusted advisor. Build and deepen relationships across a broad range of stakeholders including end-users, decision-makers, and executives. Align on a joint success plan, including a roadmap for mission critical workloads and their associated compute demand plans.
