As part of our continued expansion in Europe, we are looking for a highly driven and well-connected Senior Sales Executive to accelerate growth across key strategic service lines. The Role We are seeking an experienced, results-oriented sales professional with a strong network in the European pharmaceutical industry. You will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and positioning Alphanumeric’s services as a trusted partner to life sciences organizations. This is a high-impact, hunter-style role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. What We Offer Full-time permanent employment Competitive base salary + attractive commission structure Flexible working environment (remote) Opportunity to shape and grow the European market Access to a strong delivery organization and industry expertise Career growth within a global organization Key Responsibilities Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across Europe Build and leverage a strong network within pharmaceutical and biotech companies Promote Alphanumeric’s capabilities in: Medical Information Contact Centers Contact Center Consulting & Optimization Medical Scientific Liaison (MSL) Support Services Pharmacovigilance Solutions Artificial Intelligence & Data Analytics Develop strategic account plans and manage the full sales cycle Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to craft compelling solutions Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings Achieve and exceed revenue targets Profile & Experience Proven track record of success in B2B sales within the pharmaceutical/life sciences sector Strong existing network across European pharma/biotech organizations Experience selling services such as medical information, pharmacovigilance, consulting, or digital/AI solutions Demonstrated ability to generate leads, build pipelines, and close complex deals Entrepreneurial mindset with a highly proactive, “hunter” approach Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus) What We’re Looking For A highly motivated, aggressive sales professional who thrives on winning new business Someone who is comfortable operating independently and driving growth in a competitive market A strategic thinker with the ability to translate client needs into tailored solutions A relationship builder with credibility in the pharmaceutical industry
