About the role:

The Safeguarding Specialist is a key member of the Learner Success team, providing high-quality operational support for all day-to-day safeguarding activities at Multiverse.

Reporting to the Safeguarding Lead, you will ensure the rigorous, compliant, and compassionate management of disclosures and casework. You will be a source of knowledge for our Delivery teams, including engagement with the safeguarding champions, identifying which problems need solving and owning the implementation of solutions that guarantee a safe, trusted, and supportive learning environment.

In this role, you will:

- Culture & Environment: Champion a culture of safeguarding and promote a safe, trusted, positive, and inclusive learning environment across the organisation.

- Operational Implementation: Support the implementation and continuous refinement of tracking and monitoring systems to ensure consistent logging of safeguarding actions.
