This role is highly focused on analytics, ideation, and scaling channels, rather than video editing. You will work closely with editors and content teams to ensure videos are optimized for maximum reach, engagement, and retention. Key Responsibilities 1. Channel Growth and Strategy Own and execute the overall YouTube growth strategy Identify opportunities to scale views, subscribers, and watch time Develop content frameworks and repeatable format. 2. Content Planning & Ideation Generate high-performing video ideas based on trends, competitors, and data Plan weekly/monthly content calendars Work with scriptwriters/editors to ensure strong hooks and storytelling 3. Analytics & Performance Tracking Deep dive into YouTube Analytics (CTR, retention, watch time, drop-offs) Identify patterns and optimize underperforming content Provide actionable insights to improve future videos 4. Packaging & Optimization Guide thumbnails, titles, and descriptions for maximum CTR Run A/B testing on titles and thumbnails Ensure all uploads follow YouTube SEO best practices 5.
