About the Team Our Solution Consulting team acts as a strategic partner to the sales organization, responsible for building a compelling vision of Workday’s Human Capital Management (HCM) solution within the Professional & Business Services Industry. It is this team's job to bring the value of Workday’s HCM solutions to life and showcase how the world of work can be transformed within the Professional & Business Services industry. Along with working closely with our sales counterparts to drive Customer Base upsells, this team also collaborates regularly with our Product Management, Services/Implementation, Marketing, and Value Management teams on account activity.
