Job Description Summary The NAM Region Commercial Leader oversees and drives the strategic direction and performance of the Commercial organization. This role is responsible for maximizing revenue growth, developing key customer relationships, and ensuring that the Commercial/Sales team meets or exceeds its targets. The Region Commercial Leader will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience and support the Company's business objectives. This role reports to the GA NAM Region General Manager and is part of the GA NAM region leadership team. Job Description Main tasks include: Develop and execute a forward-thinking, measurable revenue strategy aligned with the organization’s ambitious growth objectives, leveraging data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement in key performance areas such as client acquisition, retention, and orders growth. Oversee and integrate all revenue-related activities including sales, Channel management, business development, and marketing. Establishing sales targets and monitoring progress towards achieving them. Define, track, and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) across orders achievement / growth, client acquisition, retention, and upselling. Key driver of organizational customer intimacy while developing and maintaining relationships with key clients and partners. Working with other senior executives to align sales and marketing efforts with the overall strategy of the organization. Review current offerings and develop insights around target market for solutions, untapped potential, and ways to package more comprehensive offerings including identifying new market opportunities, offerings, and potential partnerships to expand the organization’s net new customer acquisition and increase orders.
