Web Tonic is a global digital marketing agency headquartered in Dubai, operating 11 international offices and serving 750+ clients across PPC, SEO, web development, and marketing automation. We work with businesses ranging from ambitious startups to Fortune 500 companies, managing monthly ad budgets from $10K to $3.4M+.
This role sits at the intersection of agency delivery and founder-led personal branding. You’ll be producing content that drives results for our clients while also building the public presence of our CEO across every major social platform.
WHAT THIS ROLE LOOKS LIKE
This is not a “just edit and export” role. You’re a creative partner who happens to be exceptional at video editing.
About 40% of your time will be spent producing social-ready video content for Web Tonic’s client portfolio — taking raw assets, campaign briefs, and brand guidelines and turning them into scroll-stopping ads and organic content. The other 60% is dedicated to the CEO’s personal brand: transforming webinar recordings, podcast episodes, interviews, and day-to-day founder moments into a steady content engine across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond.
But here’s what makes this role different: you don’t just execute — you think. You come to the table with content concepts, hook ideas, new formats to test, and a clear opinion on what’s going to work and why. You study what’s performing in B2B and founder-led content, and you bring that intelligence into every batch you deliver.
