Job Description Regional Sales Director - CORE About the Role We're looking for an experienced sales leader to drive CBU CORE growth across the region. You'll lead a high-performing sales team, develop strategic relationships with C-level executives, and leverage AI-driven solutions to help customers transform their marketing strategies. What You'll Do Lead and develop a team of external sales professionals to exceed revenue targets across Growth and Emerging region Drive new business acquisition and expand existing customer relationships with CORE solutions Build strategic partnerships with CFO, COO, CMOs and marketing leaders, understanding their data and customer engagement challenges Develop and execute regional sales strategies that leverage AI capabilities within Core Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, data-driven marketing solutions Mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and advance their careers What We're Looking For Required: 10+ years of enterprise technology sales experience Proven track record managing and scaling external sales teams Deep knowledge of Growth markets with established relationships Strong business acumen with ability to articulate ROI and strategic value Experience selling data and analytics platforms (e.g., SAS, Adobe, Acoustic, or similar) Fluency in Spanish and English Preferred: Background in marketing technology, customer data platforms, or marketing automation Experience with AI-driven sales strategies and solutions Demonstrated success in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles Track record of developing high-performing sales teams
