ABOUT THE ROLE

Dandy is seeking a Strategic Finance Manager who will play an integral role in driving analytical processes to support mission critical business decisions.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

- Strategic Financial Partner: Serve as the primary finance partner for Operations leaders - serving as a trusted thought partner, making high quality suggestions/improvements, and executing with excellence.

- Performance Management & KPIs: Dive deep into areas of our business and figure out where we can set aggressive targets, and then work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute initiatives around those recommendations.

- Operational Efficiency: Oversee the operational efficiency metrics and reporting, including site-level and SKU-level analysis.

- Strategic Cross Functional Alignment: Facilitate collaboration across departments including operations, engineering, and product to drive strategic projects and external engagements. Be an advocate and stakeholder for the Finance team in those rooms.

- Process Improvement & Scalability: Identify operational inefficiencies and devise scalable solutions to enhance business performance, market positioning, and capabilities to support scale.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 6+ years of finance experience in finance in a high growth environment, preferably in an operationally intensive business.
