The Role The SAP ABAP Technical Analyst is responsible for providing technical support and development across the SAP modules implemented within the organization. The role involves analyzing, correcting, and enhancing programs, function modules, interfaces, forms, user exits, enhancements, and custom objects. The analyst also actively participates in testing cycles, technical validations, release activities, and stabilization processes within the AMS model, ensuring alignment with corporate standards, best practices, and business requirements. 1) Technical Incident and Request Management (AMS) Analyze, diagnose, and resolve incidents related to ABAP developments, including reports, interfaces, function modules, BADIs, BAPIs, user exits, and other custom enhancements. Handle technical requests by assessing impact, feasibility, effort, and alignment with development standards. Provide support and corrective actions for technical objects that interact with various SAP functional modules (FI, MM, SD, PP, HR, CAR, PI/PO, etc.). 2) ABAP Object Development and Maintenance Perform adjustments, corrections, and enhancements to existing ABAP developments, including: Classical and ALV reports Interfaces (RFC, IDoc, API) Forms (SmartForms, Adobe Forms, SAPScript) Enhancements (User Exits, BADIs, Enhancement Points) Batch Jobs OData services (when applicable) Review technical dependencies and ensure compatibility across SAP components. 3) Technical Validatio...
