Position Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce specialist to serve as the senior technical authority for the RXBEN Salesforce platform, a mission‑critical application supporting pharmacy benefit and healthcare workflows. This role requires deep hands‑on Salesforce expertise combined with strong technical leadership, architecture ownership, and cross‑team influence. As a Staff Engineer, you will lead complex Salesforce initiatives across Sales Cloud, set engineering standards, and partner closely with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high‑performance solutions in a regulated healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership: Act as the senior technical lead for the RXBEN Salesforce platform, owning solution design, engineering standards, and complex implementation decisions. Healthcare & Compliance: Ensure solutions comply with healthcare and insurance regulations (e.g., HIPAA) and enterprise security standards. Architecture & Design: Partner with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, secure Salesforce solutions. Performance & Reliability: Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability for high‑volume enterprise data and mission‑critical workflows.
