The Senior Experience Designer creates end-to-end user flows and journey maps that define product scope and drive consistent, accessible digital experiences for healthcare colleagues and patients. This role partners closely with product and engineering to co-create requirements, adapts design systems, and leads usability studies. The designer advocates for user needs that align with business goals, and clear communication—delivering solutions that improve healthcare outcomes and digital experiences. Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities: Advocate for design direction, weaving in user needs and healthcare business goals. Reframe and deconstruct complex design and business problems, facilitating shared understanding and direction. Apply Human-centered Design practices and select the right tool for each problem. Co-create requirements and drive alignment with product and engineering partners. Lead the creation of strategic artifacts (e.g., journey maps, service blueprints) that inform vision and guide design execution. Deliver clean, functional end-to-end user flows and UI for healthcare platforms. Create fully functional prototypes that capture UX and business logic. Design with accessibility and inclusive design principles, annotating for multiple levels of accessibility. Contribute to and adapt design system standards (e.g., Figma). Identify and apply consistent patterns across healthcare applications, designing with a mobile-first mindset.
