Fully Remote (Work from Home) | 9 AM – 5 PM PT

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Executive Assistant will support senior leadership by managing calendars, handling communications, coordinating logistics, and ensuring administrative operations run smoothly. This role requires a proactive, highly organized professional who can manage multiple priorities, maintain accuracy across tasks, and operate effectively in a dynamic environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Calendar & Email Management

- Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and organize daily priorities

- Draft and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner

Administrative Support

- Provide general administrative support including data entry, expense management, and filing

- Manage logistics such as travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and office operations

Communication Management

- Ensure smooth communication between the executive and internal or external stakeholders

- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed

Data Tasks & Reporting

- Organize, track, and maintain accurate data records
