Role Overview The Mechanical Services Specialist is responsible for delivering high‑quality mechanical field engineering services for rotating machinery including power generators both onshore and offshore. This role exists to ensure the safe, effective, and timely execution of field service activities on customer sites across the UK. Working within defined procedures and step‑by‑step operational instructions, the Mechanical Field Engineer supports the maintenance, repair, and refurbishment of rotating machines, including generators, helping customers maximise equipment reliability and performance. The position is accountable for the quality of its own work, contributing to preventive and remedial maintenance programmes while representing the business professionally in both onshore and offshore environments.
