Working closely with counterparts in the Infrastructure and R&D organizations, this organization provides a team of engineers responsible for building industry leading software - like CRM, Data Cloud, and Agentforce - for our sponsoring customer. As the leader of the Operations and SRE organization, your team leads efforts to expand the offerings available to our customers by building features and services into our existing platform. In addition, your team is responsible for both “away team” functions, where your team works with commercial partners to improve their existing offerings to work in restricted environments, and craft custom solutions to work - solving unique problems in scalable and repeatable ways. PLEASE NOTE: Qualification for this job is contingent upon acceptable results from a background investigation as well as your having and maintaining the specific level of U.S. government background investigation and clearance required for this role. *Senior Manager, Systems Engineering* For Operations and SRE activities occurring in restricted regions act as coordinator between the build engineers and the commercially led service teams who own and operate services. Ability to operate in the fast paced environment and solve sophisticated issues quickly optimally prioritize multiple priorities Ensuring that work carried out by the Operations and SRE team is executed in such a way as to align with the company’s internal compliance policy and directives Being available to discuss and resolve technical issues and customer concerns with other technical staff as the need arises.
