We bring OpenAI’s brand to life around the world. As a multidisciplinary creative team, we design work that connects meaningfully with local cultures — from flagship global campaigns and international events to deeply localized moments. In close collaboration with the U.S. Creative Studio, as well as global and regional marketing teams, agencies, and creators, we ensure OpenAI’s brand principles are honored, protected, and expressed responsibly everywhere people meet our products.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Creative Director for LATAM, you will lead the creative vision and execution of OpenAI’s brand across Latin America, with a base in São Paulo, Brazil .

You will define how global ideas are translated, adapted, evolved, and newly invented into culturally resonant work across LATAM, shaping creative direction, elevating craft, and ensuring strong regional relevance while protecting global brand integrity.

This role is part of the International Creative Studio, collaborating closely with the U.S. team while also partnering with local cross-functional teams to ensure strong regional alignment and impact. It empowers regional teams, agencies, and production partners across Latin America to deliver bold, distinctive, and world-class work.

We’re looking for a creative leader who is conceptually strong, visually sophisticated, culturally fluent across LATAM markets, and deeply collaborative — someone who can set a high bar and bring others along with clarity and inspiration.

This role is based in São Paulo, Brazil. We operate a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

- Lead creative direction across LATAM brand campaigns, marketing, digital, content, experiential, events, and partnerships across audiences from Consumer to B2B

- Translate global brand strategy and creative vision into culturally resonant executions across diverse Latin American markets
