Machine Learning Leader

N-iX is looking for a Lead AI Engineer to drive the design, evaluation, and evolution of AI-powered solutions. In this role, you will focus on building and scaling intelligent systems (including RAG-based and NLP-driven applications), while guiding clients through technical discovery, architecture decisions, and AI adoption strategies. You will work closely with stakeholders to design and deliver AI-driven solutions that enhance business efficiency, streamline processes, and unlock value from data, while ensuring scalability, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
